Complaint about Xercise4Less
I cancelled my contract 6 weeks ago online. I cancelled as they said i could not change my direct debit date for mine and my daughters contract as my pay date at work changed and was over the 12 month minimum contract I was told to go online and cancel my contract which I did. I got a text chasing me for payment I called to say I cancelled online they said the had no record and it would cost me £54.98 to cancel each contract.
