Complaint about Butler Fuels
This is the worst fuel company I have dealt with over many years, I ordered 900 litres of fuel on Monday and the lady carefully took my details and checked them back with me. I paid for it in full, they said they would text me which day of the week the fuel was going to be delivered but it would definatly be before Friday.I received a text within a couple of hours to day that the delivery would be made the next day. My wife stayed at home the following day, but no delivery arrived. I called Butler Fuels on the Tuesday evening and was told that there was a mix up with the address so the delivery could not be made, strane as they had my phone number and the lady I had placed the order with had checked all the details back with me, I was told it would definatly be before Friday and that I would be texted when, Thursdat I called again and was told it would almost certainly be delivered on Friday so my wife stayed at home again, as I had not received a text to confirm I called again this morning and was told that it could not be delivered due to routing problems and that they could not give me a delivery date. I cancelled the order so that I could place it with a supplier that can deliver but Im now trying to get my money back and that does not seem it can be done for seven days, so my wife stayed home from work for two days for nothing and now I concerned about getting my money back which they took straight away when I ordered, I just hope they are not going into liquidation.
