Complaint about Lycamobile

I ordered a new SIM + pre paid plan online 4 days ago. Repeated mails and calls to Lycamobile have not helped me to understand the status and expected date of arrival. There is just no response to e-mails, and the call centre parrots standard answers - we cannot check the status. I'm landing in london on 7th and travelling onwards on 8th. Its no use if the package reaches me after this! ORDER NO: FST0000223431
