Next day delivery lost for the second time

Complaint about River Island

I ordered for next day delivery last Tuesday it's now Wednesday 8 days later and still hasn't arrived iv rang up 4 times to see what has happened and havnt been no help at all this happened last year also and got told something different every time I rang up , they said it would be there before I went on holiday, it got to the day before my holiday they told me it was lost I never got my money back for 6 weeks and had to buy my sons clothes while we was there I dnt understand why this keeps happening and why I have to suffer for your delivery company's mistakes my son now hasn't got his items for my sisters wedding on Friday and haven't got the money to buy them again this is NOT acceptable
