AVOID PARCELHERO.COM AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE! Parcel Hero is regrettably the worst parcel booking/delivery company online! THEY WONT DELIVER ON THE PROMISE THEY MAKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL HAVE SOME VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS! Paid for an item to be delivered on a specific date, which they PROMISE on their website they can do. But on the day of delivery they post this message on the tracking information “THE RECEIVER REFUSED, THE PACKAGE APPEARED TO BE DAMAGED. PARCELHERO WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH THE DETAILS”. This is absolutely 100% incorrect. No delivery was attempted and we did not certainly refuse it. The following day when it was too late they decided to deliver the parcel, which was intact and not damaged. I emailed ParcelHero.com with my complaint and Kam Bains responded “Regrettably, on this occasion, we are unable to issue you with a full refund as the Money Back Guarantee option was not taken at the time of booking”. When making the booking online I did not see any option for money back guarantee. So, does this mean I have to pay extra money to get my own money back when you fail to deliver a parcel as promised? Absolute Joke! Customers booking deliveries require items to be delivered for a specific date, which the company promises, but they cannot adhere to. Will be reporting to Trading Standards as they are misleading customers. I have requested a refund which I deem to be fair, but they are not willing to refund even though it is their mistake. Instead I have to write a complaint to their head office. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL ONLY BE LET DOWN IF YOU BOOK THROUGH THEM.
