I would like to complain about my parcel REF: 1Z7E524X6847862337 BOOKED on 8 October 2017, the courier collected the item on 9/10 .17, from Newmarket, the person collected from Mr Stef Fenton, says the courier handled the parcel in very bad manner, and looked as the item got damaged while he put it in the van, after the parcel went missing for whole month parcel hero said it has gone missing we will search for after a month later they said its damaged and will send me a claim form, no claim form just sent me report from UPS no photos of damage and said they are sorry?? what does this mean I am still waiting to make a claim but nothing just a report and apologies wheres my parcel and evidence? I require photos of damage?? I need full payment and compensation for my parcel, otherwise I will be contacting trading standards.
