Service Manager and communication breakdown and attitudues

Complaint against CitySprint

Service Manager and other staff - no respect to reply my emails about job deliveries and find it very stressful and got diabetes through stressful and no communications at all. Wait for half an hour to an hour then decide drive back home after waiting time then they email me to ask me to go back to collection and I told them no thank you cos I have been waiting for nearly 2 hours. Every time I have asked them some questions and they wont give me any answers and I feel I have to rights to know what is the reasons why. Their attitudes are bad and no manners - they never said "SORRY" at all. I never said that I am leaving and they want my trakker back cos I haven't been working for them for nearly 3 weeks cos every time I email them for any jobs to delivery - they always said nothing for you and will keep eyes on it - I thought myself it waste my time for nothing and I am not sitting at home all day for nothing. Now I have got new job and I am happy with them cos their communications are prefect and reply back quickly within least 5 mins. I don't think they don't know about any deaf awareness.
