Complaint against Yodel

On Tuesday 8/9/15, despite the fact that my door was open, my car was there, and I was mowing the lawn around the back of the house, a card was left saying Yodel had been unable to deliver a parcel, and to re-arrange the delivery. I did this on their website asking for delivery on Thursday 10/9/15 and requesting an approximate time. They acknowledged my request by email, but did not offer a time. So I had to wait in ALL DAY (from 7am until 9pm), but no parcel has been delivered. I tried to go back to the tracking page, but it says that my postcode or tracking number are not correct, and refuses to give me any further information. I very much suspect that the delivery person put the card in my door by mistake, but I am very angry that I wasted the whole of yesterday waiting in for a parcel that never came.
