Complaint against Yodel
My partners package arrived on Tuesday 13/10/15 and was forced through our cat flap which is now broken. We have a specific cat flap for our cat to get in and out which cannot be opened unless the chip on his collar is close which is very expensive. I don't expect to come home and find any damage to my property through carelessness from your delivery drivers. Clearly nobody was at home and a note was not left on the order saying force through the cat flap if nobody was home. Shocking behaviour!! I expect to be fully reimbursed for the cat flap and I hope you as a company look at who you are employing and your policy for delivery.
