Extortionate phone bill & misleading information

Complaint against Yodel

After missing a delivery I tried to contact yodel which was more difficult than I imagined. I finally got through and after 2 missed attempted deliveries I finally arranged a delivery to my workplace (through phoning Yodel). After being mislead by the operator saying their local depot was in Southampton it turned out the local depot was actually based in Fareham! So after wasting 5 minutes on the call I finally arranged delivery to my workplace. I waited for this delivery, tried tracking it online, when to my surprise it said delivered! Left in porch way. I returned home and it's on my home doorstep!! Total cost of phone bill to Yodel £10.52 and misleading details. Very poor service and inconvenience.
