Lost parcel with yodel

Complaint against Yodel

I ordered a product from IWOOT, paid for next day delivery ,it was due to be delivered on the 9th. Yodels tracking showed it was scanned at 8am on the 9th Nov but failed to arrive, the tracking information hasn't updated since then. I've spoken to yodel on there rubbish webchat service because they have no customer helpline phone service, they said it was out for delivery yesterday, but another rep said the parcel can't be traced at the warehouse, it didn't arrive yesterday , said again today it's out for delivery but still hasn't updated on the tracking ie there is no parcel barcode to scan, Iwoot are much help either as they also don't have a telephone help line, I just keep being fobbed off and lied to by yodel

Yodel have now said the driver is off sick today, and it will be delivered tomorrow , still doesn't explain why it wasn't delivered Monday or yesterday , with no tracking information
