Complaint against Yodel
My delivery should of been delivered between 9am-9pm. 7.30pm I've tracked my delivery for it to read no one home and card left. Utter rubbish as at the delivery address someone was present and did see a van pull up to then drive off. Now I can't even get through to yodel, I've been put on hold for 53 minutes which is ridiculous and online conversation is even worse. I will contact the company of which I've ordered from for a full refund so businesses are losing out due to yodel... A company which should be shut down.
