Complaint against Yodel
Saturday 16th june I tracked yodel for my delivery today.the driver had 79 drops i was the79th hedid 78 and went home saying i wasnt in.this was 18.30at night i waited outside for him to come and then my mobilesaid couldnt gain entry.i was fuming as it was a present needed for sunday.why do they do this to people not the first time thishas happened.these drivers should be sacked.customer service is non existant.
