Not received a next day delivery of sim card

Complaint against Yodel

Was sent a parcel from virgin on the 20/10/16 and requested next day delivery as it was urgent request. It arrived at Warrington yodel depot at 6am on the 21/10/16. Tracking details specified it was for delivery that day but I noticed it was never shown as with courier. I contacted yodel at 5pm via their chat line to complain. Told it may arrive up to 9pm although I told them it was still not with a courier. It did not arrive so I contacted them again at 9.15pm they gave apology but I stated I needed to have it on the 22/10/16 . This morning I tracked the parcel at 8.30am it was still in the depot so I again contacted their chat line and told them it again was not with a courier. Again apologised but no confirmation given for a delivery today suggested I contact them again later. Was unhappy with their response felt I was getting nowhere, no clarity as to if and when delivery would occur. Requested their complaints department to make a further complaint which I have sent asking for confirmation of delivery today. Awaiting response but at this moment parcel still not with a courier . No direct contact with anyone spent 3x 1/2 hour sessions on their chat line without satisfactory results very dissatisfied but mostly that the parcel has not been delivered as you promised a next day delivery
