Parcel not left in a safe place.

Delivery card left saying parcel left in bush next to door. I live in a block of flats, people coming and going all day.... I got in from work, seen the card and went looking for my parcel. There was no parcel to be found. Yodel has done nothing, they said they spoke to the driver who said he left it in a safe place, well obviously not as it wasn’t there! It was a Christmas present for my son and just like that it was gone! Poor service not only from the delivery driver, customer service but also the CEO who I emailed a number of times only for him to fob me off on to other people! He did not message me back himself at all. The company and all staff are a total joke who do not help you. I’m not looking into how to make a formal complaint about the company, I see the BBC (watch dog) has already been onto them. I might have to also message then regarding this issue. Annoyed, upset and cery angery about this.
