Very angry as they lost my parcel twice! The same parcel!!!

Unacceptable service as I ordered the parcel from US, It was delivered to wrong address. When I (not them) found my parcel, they collected it and lost it again!!!!!!!! Can you believe that? They explained that it was delivered to wrong depot! So approx 2 weeks - still no parcel ! Never, please never use them again! Tracking number JD0002299214973117 I raised an issue with the Resolver too: The issue that I have experienced was: I order the parcel from the United States. On tracking which was provided by the seller I found out that it was delivered on 05 May 2016 (tracking number WNM006099860) however I haven't received it. Instead of it, I received another parcel which I haven't ordered. It was belong to another person. The company just mixed my parcel with another - so I received his and he received mine. Fortunately, there was a person's contact number on the parcel. I contacted him so we agreed to change it. My parcel was collected by Yodel again on 10 May and promised to be with me by 12 May. Today is 17 May and no parcel. I contacted customer support to find out what they can do for me so I can receive it today. They told me sorry but it is still at our sort centre and might be out in 24-48 hours. Please note that I notified Yodel about actions I am planning to do (to complain here) I think this is unacceptable and I demand some actions take place right now. This is not my first terrible time with this company. Sometimes they leave the parcel at the door without even knocking it. Sometimes they leave the card "we missed you", however, I was at home whole day!
