Yodel driver can't follow sat nav or does he just want an early lunch???

Complaint against Yodel

Yodel were due to deliver to me today. I fell downstairs and had to go to A&E so had to go out. When we got back check post no card left so tracked order. Said parcel refused. My neighbours were out others did not refuse. Yodel advised their driver went to wrong address any way. However would not reschedule despite being their error. Would not allow us to collect either without notification from seller. seller is on line, and not contact available til Monday by which time parcel will be returned. Yodel agent refused to give me company address for complaint. I have put a comment on Facebook. . They are a shambles. Go get em...
