Yodel have lost 2 of my Iphones (its a major problem apperently with 100's going missing)
Complaint against Yodel
I ordered a Iphone 6s from Tesco direct with next day delievery on the 23rd of october. The tracking information said it had not moved from bristol since 5.50 am on 24/10. After Contact with Yodel on the 27/10 got told they will need to conduct a base search and it will take 24hrs. Phones tesco on the 28th to find out what was going on & got a £20 service apology (not worth it!) On the 29th got told by yodel that a driver interview was taking place. Then got told on the 30th that as my parcel had not been scaned in 72 hours it was lost and there was nothig they could do about it, BUT that if i got a replacement yodel would PERSONALLY ENSURE it would be delivered without a hitch. Phoned tesco on the 4/11 as it had finally come back in stock and I reordered it at 21:59, got told it would be here by friday 6/11, asked if they could put it in a big box or something to disguise it but got told it was not possible. it didnt arrive and I got a tweet from yodel on 09/11 to say it had been lost in sorting and i needed to contact tesco to get a replacement (so much for ensuring my parcel got delivered without a hitch) It is out of stock again so there is nothing Tesco can do about it, i judt got told that they were looking into it and that they had a outside security company looking into it (clearly not looking to hard) & no compensation to be seen other than a measly £20.
