Complaint against Yodel
Yesterday, I received emails advising that I would receive a package (from Aldi). As I was going out I used Yodel's online tracking site to request the package be delivered the following day, today, Saturday, when I re-scheduled my diary to remain in as the package required a signature. When I looked at the Yodel online tracking site I saw that the package was to be returned to sender! When I contacted Yodel customer services - after spending over an hour attempting to do so I was informed that the sender had requested return of the package. I called Aldi to be told that this was not the case. Yodel customer services had told me a lie. This is the 3rd time within 6 months that Yodel have failed to deliver packages to me.YODEL IS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE AND I HOPE NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN!
