Yodel system does not recognise their own code!!!
Complaint against Yodel
On the 9/11/15 a Yodel staff attempted to deliver a parcel to my address. I was not home and they left a card to say that my parcel is at the depot. I have tried since to find my parcel and rearrange delivery at a suitable date, but the code on the card that the driver left for me is unrecognisable by the YODEL system! It is a 7 digit code and the system needs an 8 digit code!! I have also rung the helpline number on the card, but the automated system wants the same code (digit) or a parcel number which I do not have, since I wasn't given that information. I attach an image on the card your driver left for me and I ask you: WHERE IS MY PARCEL and above all, how can I get hold of it???????
