Complaint against myHermes
I booked for My Hermes to.collect 3 large parcels from my address and to have them delivered to my mums address i got told they would come out between 8-10 on saturday 26th November 2016 ive waited in all day and not heard anything, its an absolute disgrace paid by card when i booked it so lost my money and no idea how to get it back there is no contact number and when i email get no were really dont know what to do these parcels contain my brothers main Christmas presents in w3 weeks pregnant and have no other way to get them to my mums unless i pay again with anothrr company.
