Complaint against myHermes
Paid for 4 large boxes to be collected from my flat, I was given a collectIon date, I waited in all day, no-one came, I went onto web-chat with an "advisor" from My Hermes who in a nutshell apologised and said if I take them to a parcel shop myself I "might" get my money back. I said I couldn't lift them. He replied he was sorry and he'd send my complaint to the investigating team. What is the point of web-chat if they can't give you or find out a reason? So here we are, next day. And guess what, no email, no text, nothing from this company.
