I don't received my parcel

Complaint against myHermes

Hi there, Sorry to disturb you, but I m not happy with your services. On 29.10.16 I bought from Zalando , UGG kids boots. I still waiting for my parcel. When a check my email on 2.11.16 , "track my parcel" I saw my boots was delivered to me at 10 am. On that day I was at work. Nobody left me any calling card. It s not first time when I bought on line and all the time the courier left form me the calling card with information about my parcel, if I m not at home. But on that time I don't find anything in my post card. I want to now where are my boots? Who made this delivery? Who sign for my parcel. I want to see my signature. It is unacceptable something like that. I was paying 50 £ for the boots. Please, can you help me with that? I look forward to here from you. Kind regards Carmen Silisteanu Sent from my iPad
