Complaint against myHermes
On 9.5.2017 I purchased goods from. Cotton traders.On 10.5 received a call from Hermes carriers saying goods were at national sorting hub followed by message to say goods would be delivered that day.I later recieved info that an attempt had been made but as no one was in,delivery would be sometime on 12.5 but nothing arrived at 5pm Saturday Y 14.5. Where is my parcel ?. I have been sitting in the house awaiting delivery. So annoyed.
