Appalling customer service and next day parcel STILL not delivered after a week

Complaint against iPostParcels

Consignment number: 40328681808147 To whom it may concern, I am appalled with the lack of customer service which I have been experienced with iPostParcels. Unfortunately i posted a parcel with them via next day delivery to a POBox address last Friday 9th October. I was unaware at that time that POBox address can only be delivered to by Royal Mail. My parcel was therefore set to a status of delayed and I was email by one of the advisors on Tuesday 13th asking for a contact name and telephone number for the recipient. I emailed back as instructed via the online form giving them a telephone number and alternative delivery address which was not POBox. I never had a reply to my email and on the Wednesday I managed to get through to one of the advisors via the online chat. The advisor apologised and offered a full refund for the issue immediately and made a promise that the parcel would be delivered on Thursday. To do this she once again needed the details already provided as apparently there was no record of my email. However once I had given her the details again which you had asked for previously and had been provided, I asked for confirmation that a full refund would be processed and my parcel would be delivered within 24 hours. She then changed what she has said before about the full refund, said that she had passed the details onto the depot and would not be able to issue a refund. She then ended the chat immediately before I was able to reply and before I had finished. I was very upset that the advisor ended the chat but waited to see if the parcel was delivered. After checking on Thursday I was able to see that the parcel had still not been delivered and again I managed to get through to another advisor who this time made a promise that it had been rescheduled to be delivered on Friday. The advisor this time told me that there was no record of me providing the details on the Tuesday via email or to the other advisor on the chat. After checking yesterday I can see that it had still not been delivered despite another promise that it would. I think that this is appalling and I need this parcel delivered as soon as possible or returned to me so that I am able to use a delivery company that is able to deliver the item. Trying to contact the company is near on impossible, emails do not get replied to and I feel I am simply fobbed off when I do manage to get through to someone on the chat. This needs resolving immediately. Your faithfully T. Wallace

Despite attempting to contact ipostparcels through their complaints system and a spokesman said, they ignored my complaint and never contacted me. Appalling service and will NEVER USE AGAIN
