as soon as y parcel left, I sent an invoice to avoid unnecessary delayed. I was told it was forwarded to the international team. I then asked for tracking updates as nothing has been logged since it was collected.2days before the expected delivery date, I got an email saying the parcel could not be located. I sent everything needed but I was to wait 72hours for an update. The update I got today is exactly the same email they ad sent abut the missing parcel. I have asked for a claims form but the email is ignored.
