Non delivery and very poor customer service

Complaint against iPostParcels

I booked a collection from my address for Monday November 13th and paid for next day delivery with proof of receipt, it was collected and received a text confirmation, 5 days later and it still hasn't been delivered. I've sent at least 5 emails asking for an update but have not received any response. I've connected the company that the parcel was addressed to, and they have confirmed that it hasn't been received, the package was well packed with bubble wrap and other protection together with a note stating my email and home address and ref nos. it contains two bottles of vintage champagne that is valued at £700 I also gave these details to ipostparcels yesterday the 15th and have heard nothing since.
