Complaint against iPostParcels

Arranged to have parcel collected on certain, however was unable to be in for collection due to work. Emailed through ipostparcels website to re arrange with planty of time. Driver still turned up so the information was not relayed, nor did i get a response. Emailed through website several more times to rearrange date with no response. 4 days later and numerous phone calls my parcel got collected. The cost of the calls amounted to £40 which shouldnt have been required if they could be bothered to monitor their web enquiry forms. Had the buyer demanding what was going on with the part they had bought. Complained, again, through the website and still not had a response. Refuse to call the number again as it's too costly and I will be trying to claim the cost of the phone calls back
