Complaint against iPostParcels
They have damaged items that were due to be signed for which I also paid extra for. The items were not signed for and were left in the garden in the rain. No one told my customer they had damaged the items. I was left refunding my customer. The additional insurance I paid for wasn't worth a Penny. As their terms and condition for not covered items is pretty much anything you could send through the post. My second parcel wasn't collected on the right day. It said next day delivery and when they finally did collect the item i was told delivery would be on the 4th day after its original collection date. Customer service is awful. Don't email they dont reply. Yet when you post about them on social media they are quick to message back via messenger. Sadly with no conclusions or helpful advice just a rubbish 10% refund.
