Complaint against iPostParcels
I purchased an item through ebay It took eventually six days for ipost to deliver a 24 hr parcel to me via delivering the so called wrong address. I could see something was going wrong with delivery to me. The tracker said it was on the van for delivery for three days. It said I would receive delivery on Tuesday but not delivered. Then said delayed for Wednesday. Then I would receive it Thursday and tracker said not enough information given by sender to deliver. Then would deliver again Friday which then said it was delivered and was signed for. Not to my address and not my signature. Yesterday (Monday) it was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain and nobody bothered to knock my door. The sender found out there is a second signature so probably have been left by ipost and signed by driver. The contents of the parcel were very much damaged so have had to be returned to sender. It must have been kicking around somewhere.The parcel had not been opened by anyone so I have my suspicion that it didn't even get delivered elsewhere but was kicking around the depot or van. I tried contacting ipost in various ways. No response from emails, no-one to speak to me on online chat because everyone busy. Phone number is automatic so could not speak to anyone to help get my parcel delivered. This company are a joke and I will not send or receive through them again. My sender paid £8 for next day delivery and the service was appauling.
