Complaint against Royal Mail

Hi, I received a parcel from the Royal Mail delivery service which stated it was FRAGILE.. When I opened it, it was smashed. I'm really not happy about the way the parcel has been handled as it is now damaged. The delivery men need to ensure they handle fragile products with care in the future!
