[RESPONDED] Birthday card not received

Complaint against Royal Mail

Hello I am not impressed with Cambridge Post office near Exning New Market as my Aunty posted a birthday card for me on 3rd April or so but have not received it and it had money in it of £10. She has had to send another one.
