[LAPSED] Bad language,very rude.I

Complaint against Royal Mail

I have Parkinson's disease,so I am a little slow,the post man,rang the bell ,I told him ill be there in a minute ,I was looking for my keys.then he banged on the door.when I got there,his attitude was terrible,and language was disgusting,i felt intimidated and very shocked.
