Complaint against Royal Mail
I posted a birthday card with a voucher enclosed on a Wednesday evening, according to usual postage collection times it should have been received on Friday or at the latest Saturday. It hasn't arrived. I'm concerned because the envelope was clearly a birthday theme, and with news of thefts etc within royal mail I believe my card may have been stolen!
