[LAPSED] Birthday card posted but not delivered

Complaint against Royal Mail

I posted a Birthday card on Wednesday 25th October first class with a £20 Top Shop voucher inside for my niece. This hasn’t been received yet. Is this within the normal time limit for first class? It was posted in the postbox outside the post office in Droitwich Spa and the address it was posted to us in Worcester.
