Complaint against Royal Mail

Twice in 6 days the postman has not rung the doorbell and has just posted a card through the door, what makes it worse is the second card does not have a name on it, or a flat number, there are 4 flats in the building and 5 people. I was up at 8 am this morning and my Landlord and myself have tested the doorbell, which there are 3 and they all work, I now have to walk upto the collections office tomorrow morning to hopefully pick up the parcel while not knowing if it is for me or someone else in the building, this is not the first time this has happened and not my first complaint about the service we are getting but nothing has been done.
