Complaint against Royal Mail

I ordered an item from Currys scheduled to be delivered on 10th Dec 10am - 2pm. I took the day off just so I could be in all day but about 12:40pm, I received notifications by email and SMS that there was an attempt to deliver and that no one was in. There was no knock, no bell ring and to make matters worse, no red card was left and this is not the first time it has happened. Also, 2 of my parcels have gone missing before and one, an envelope containing important documents was delivered damaged like someone had attempted to open the envelope with intent. I'm so maaaaaaaaaad!!! Now I have to go through the inconvenience of having to collect or reaarange delivery and lose time on what I had planned to do. Either the staff is incompetent or something's up. Royal mail doesn't deserve a star rating!!!
