Complaint against Royal Mail

Hi, i sent a brown envelope with 3 cards, 2 christmas and one wedding with £25 gift voucher in it and when my brother recieved it we got a phone call saying that we recieved the brown envelope and it was open and empty, that is so upsetting, knowing one of your member of staff have taken my cards. I always use the Royal Mail and this has never happened, so i would like my £25 back please. Thank you
