[LAPSED] Hold up of mail

Complaint against Royal Mail

I have just received a letter 1.05pm 6th October. This was posted first class on 29 September at Royal Mail Manchester mail centre (according to the postmark. That is 7 whole days . This is not good enough. Previously a package did not arrive but after 10 days I received a card telling me where to collect it and £1.05 was to be paid. By that time the sender had been notified and a replacement package had been received. Can you please account for this appalling service. Christine Taylor
