[LAPSED] I sent my son in laws birthday cards last Thursday and he lives in Scotland and they haven't arrived

Complaint against Royal Mail

Hi I am not happy I sent my son in laws birthday cards to him on Thursday last week and they have not arrived yet and his birthday is today, they live in Scotland and I'm not very happy at all about this it's always my birthday cards that go missing this has to stop so I want to know where my cards are please I sent them to a louise Cooke his wife my daughter please sort this out
