[LAPSED] Letters being posted in wrong address

Complaint against Royal Mail

I have letters from the same person regularly. My address is always written clearly and the senders name and address is always on the back of the envelope .Recently I have lost two pieces of post sent by this person and two more have been put through my letter box from someone who received them first one had been opened. I am the last house on a small road, could this be the reason Too far to walk for one letter! This is not my usual post lady she is on holiday.
