[RESOLVED] - Lost 21st Birthday cards

Complaint against Royal Mail

I posted several of my daughter's birthday cards to her university house, however they never arrived. We are very upset as a 21st Birthday once happens the once and now most of her cards are lost. There is no explanation or anyone to contact just no cards.
