[LAPSED] Lost Birthday card

Complaint against Royal Mail

I posted a birthday card to my friend for her 50th birthday with a £100 gift card inside. On the 1st nov 2017 its now the 10th nov and she has still not received it. So annoyed and upset. Posted at Asda post box OL9 311
