[LAPSED] Missing envelope

Complaint against Royal Mail

Sent a letter which contained a railway ticket to my sister on the 02.11.2016 , I also posted at the same time a card to my brother which arrived on the 04.11.2016. My problem is that the railway ticket was valued at £60. I cannot believe that my sister who is a pensioner by the did not receive it. The letter was in a bright blue card type envelope.
