[LAPSED] Missing Money

Complaint against Royal Mail

Sent some money to my niece in the post for her birthday. The only thing she got was a torn envelope in a plastic bag - no explanation, no letter to say what to do, no letter saying the post office are investigating. The money AND the card were missing.
