[LAPSED] Non deliveries

Complaint against Royal Mail

Parcels coming through Newcastle Staffs sorting office just are not being delivered. I have had suppliers re send but still no deliveries. A postman told me that they are only delivering tracked items. Some of mine are over 2 weeks late. Getting through on the phone is nigh on impossible, I spent over 30 minutes handing on yesterday until I gave up. Am now trying to only use suppliers who dont use Royal Mail
