[RESPONDED] Parcel not arrived/lost

Complaint against Royal Mail

We got my father to post over some suncreams for us but it has not arrived, he done it with a track and trace number which i have and have been tracing it, last week it says it has arrived in my home town but no address to where, it says ready to collect/redeliever. But ive not recieved a card through the door to say when where who or what its now getting to be a proper pain getting stuff send over, ive had lots of parcels opened before. 1 parcel was posted one day another the next day the second one arrived within 4 days the other 3 weeks later with a sticker on it saying missent to Canada like how do they missend something to a different country. The royal mail service is rubbish and makes me not want to use them again. Id rather get a flight get the stuff myself then i know there is no chance of it getting lost being sent somewhere else or getting here 4 weeks later its not a good service at all. And if it is resend back to the post office where it was depached from who is going to pay for it to get send back to me. Im not going to pay another penny for such rubbish service. Im not happy at all we want he suncreams ASAP
