[LAPSED] Poor delivery service

Complaint against Royal Mail

i subscribe to a weekly publication at a cost of 135 pounds a year. My issue dated 9th December arrived on the 21st. My issue dated 22nd December has not yet been delivered. My son in law lives in a small village in Herefordshire and has received every issue on the due date. General post delivery hence I visited Thame office one day and received 11 items, the following day 10 further items were delivered. I fhave now not received any delivery for the last two days and am waiting an important letter from NHS which was said to have been posted before Christmas. Speaking with neighbours we are all of the opinion that there is a major problem with the management at Thame office.
