[LAPSED] posted a card to the nethelands

Complaint against Royal Mail

I posted a card to my daughter who lives in Holland and she never received her card I tracked it and it was in Belfast shipping centre ive contacted them and they said they will send it back to me but I have not received it neither has my daughter I have tried to track it now and its not recognised so where has it gone there was £50 in side the card
