[LAPSED] Sending parcel to Poland

Complaint against Royal Mail

I have sended parcel with royal mail to Poland.. as i find out there is contract betwen royal mail and some on side courier company.. parcel was send on 5 dec.. courier company recived it on 11 dec and since then they "try" to deliver to reciver addres.. it was't deliver till this time and there were a Christmass gifts inside... as i find out courier company dont sending any information about when parcel will be delivered and they not leaving any notice if noboty is at home ...very bad service and very bad company...when i call them they said to pick up parcel from parcel store which is 35 miles away from reciver addres!!!.. after my call I've check tracking and was wroted there that parcel was sended back to sender!!to me!!! That is unacceptable to treat customer like that!!! I expected if i sending parcel with royal mail they sending to Polish national mail company not to side courier company(wich treating customer very bad and dont care about delivering parcels).. definetly i will not use the royal mail to send any parcel to Poland again!! Very disapointment!!!
